Establish production budgets, monitor the cost & effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending & achieve volume, quality & manufacturing standards.
Complete planning of the orders in tune with available capacity utilization
Coordination with the Marketing and Merchandising team for order status and product costing and discuss capacity status of the factory.
Responsible for production planning, material planning and machinery planning
Handle technical setting of the department for the reduction of making cost and production friendly samples.
Ensure smooth flow of information and material from one department to another. Resolve inter- departmental issues if any.
Ensure Factory is compliant as per buyer’s requirements
Active role in cost cutting and look into every possible way where production cost can be minimized and earning maximized.

Graduate or degree / Diploma in Garment Manufacturing
Very good knowledge of Jackets / outerwear garments manufacturing right from Fabric, cutting, sewing, and finishing.
7 years relevant experience with at least 4-5 years in managerial capacity.
Good Vietnamese and English, both spoken and written
Good Communications skills and able to interact effectively with a diverse group of people.
Good leadership abilities and able to work independently and multi-task
Other important attributes include a good team player, proactiveness and the willingness to work long hours.
