Job Description

• Knowledge of the ingredients (NBR), chemicals and formulas/ingredients that make up Nitrile gloves to monitor the quality of raw materials
• Understanding of the manufacturing process, product quality according to American standards to operate the factory
• Maintain equipment in the factory in good working condition and troubleshoot to ensure production is not interrupted
• Conduct training courses and presentations to the team and related departments on nitrile glove manufacturing technique and process
• Direct supervisor: PPE Manager and report to CEO
• Working time: Office hour from Monday – Saturday

• Working location: Central Vietnam

Job Requirements

• Have 8+ years of working experience as a production director
• Have 3+ years of working experience in the same position with nitrile gloves production.
• Good in English
