Job Descriptions

• Responsible for building up and monitor the systems that provide effective internal management
• Manage and responsible for all the operational activities to meet the target as the instruction of Board of Directors
• Responsible to lead and direct the business operational teams within the company to achieve the development of strategies for long term growth and profitability as the business development orientation of Group
• Manage and control all the manufacturing activities within the factory including production floor (cutting, sewing, packing, dyeing, quality, maintenance… ) and back office ( sales, merchandising, supply chain, HR, admin, compliance, .)
• Responsible to lead the teams to achieving the highest productivity and efficiency in production and management activities through strategic planning, organizing and management
• Report directly to BOD
• Other duties will be discussed further during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Egypt

Job Requirements

• Graduated the Bachelor or above the related majors in Business Management, Foreign Trade…
• At least 15 years’ experience to work in the garment industry with min 8 years’ experience at the same position for large garment company with size from 2,000 labors
• Fluency in English.
