Responsible for Leading fitting sessions among our factories/Vendors and training their technicians for any tech aspects
Be in charge of approving the samples for factories and vendors
Take any necessary actions and provide quick solutions on any technical issues to meet the target of production schedule
Support and coordinate with relevant departments in factories to ensure technical, quality and ontime delivery
Support and responsible for SOP, procedures implementation, and technical issues to ensure that factory can send the sample with approvable workmanship, fitting, measure and design’s concept, on first stage of sample submission
Research and apply new innovations into technical aspects
Responsible to make the plan of T&A /deadlines of sample approval according to group’s business strategy
Coordinate closely with Design and Sourcing team within the group to gather information for technical pack
Responsible to send all the technical document to factories/vendors before sample making, evaluating and fitting samples…
Responsible to evaluate the performance of each vendors/factories
Approve to adjust patterns regarding to fitting problems and pattern
Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Working Location: HCMC

At least 5 years technical experience to work within the clothing or apparel industry
Practical experience of fitting, patternmaking and garment construction
An understanding of and preferably experience using a product development technical specification program
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
