Create and develop new mock-ups and samples with special details using the special technologies (laser cutter, ultrasonic cutter, lamination, embroidery, automatic sewing, etc…)
Develop and improve both new products and existing products in order to save time and remain the quality according to the standard of product
Record the descriptions and instruction for new product development and store in the company’s system.
Communicate and work with the development team abroad to develop new technologies/methods and solve problem/situations
Ensure the special technology machinery is under well – worked and clean. Make to plan for maintenance plan and order new ones for replacement if necessary
Research, update and propose new special technologies in Vietnam.
Support Board of Manager during the new technology introduction process
Advise operators in correct lamination method/process.
Other tasks will be assigned by Managers

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Nam Dinh

Prefer candidate who has at least 1 years working experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company
Good knowledge about Lean/CI
Good knowledge about high – tech products such as outdoor sports, seam sealing…
Good English communication skills;
