Job Description

• Check and Overall the technical specifications and manage the apparel development teams to ensure the on-time development and the accurate technical specifications
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Department to initiate Gating Process
• Analyze the bulk production feasibility and other risks along with the design, production and technical teams.
• Research and update the trend of markets to apply for the new product design based on the development orientation and the ideas and requirement of customers and ensure the correct standard for bulk production
• Communicate and partner with buyers/customers and relevant team to ensure to meet with the customer requirements.
• Support and guide internal teams to sturdy and understand the requirement of buyers/customers and advise any solutions if necessary
• Analyze and discuss product timeline, on – board development dates and feasibility plan
• Work with Design/ R&D teams for outlining the new product ideas
• Research, apply and implement New Technology
• Follow – up the development ideas and take action to support processes to maximize efficiency in bulk production process
• Control and manage KPI’s for all staffs within the team
• Other duties will be discussed during the interview process
• Report to: COO

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Vietnam

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years working in the same position for garment/apparel company
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Effective time management and project management skills
