Responsible to handle T&A, attend the style review meeting in order to capability developments and risk mitigation
Check and manage the product development timeline in order to ensure that external T&A support to internal T&A timeline achievements for all NPI process across all customers
Work closely with factory team to ensure they well – understand about styles and prepare with capability developments for production team
Review the style and implement the comprehensive risk assessment in order to identify potential problems and find out suitable actions to prevent the risk
Check regularly timeline and provide technical suggestions for the smooth bulk production
Coordinate with relevant teams to clarify issues in line with critical path of production and communicate with teams the necessary information
Work with Merchandiser, Production, ISE, quality team and all other cross functional team to ensure deadlines and product standard as per the customer’s requirement
Ensure all products are developed in a manner consistent with Fit quality, standards, factory capabilities and cost specifications
Other tasks will be reviewed further in the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Hanoi

Experience in high-end brand and good knowledge of hi – end technical in bonding/ seam sealing/3L….
Experience to handle technical issues for sampling and testing
Fluent in English communication.
