Job Descriptions

• Responsible to ensure all products are developed as per the design and specification requirements as well as maintain the performance and integrity
• Be a part of bridge between the manufacturers and suppliers in updating and improving the technical applications and processes
• Work with related department to decide the technical application for product without compromising on the design in order to ensure the feasibility/productivity or cost allowance
• Coordinate closely with teams at factories to achieve cost targets. Ensure cost efficiencies and value/cost ratio
• Responsible to ensure commercialization procedures are implemented as per the fixed calendar to allow for on-time production start
• Work closely with suppliers to follow up the timelines to ensures ontime delivery
• Cooperate with factory and production team to facilitate the completion of production trial in a timely manner; facilitates communication between factory and the production team to resolve any potential problems to ensure the smooth bulk production
• Responsible for sourcing activities
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday  – Saturday

Working Location: Long An

Job Requirements

• Gradated the Bachelor or above in Garment, Fashion, Design or related fields
• At least 4 years to work at the similar position in garment or bags industry
• Good communication skills, result-oriented, and teamwork
• Fluent in English communication.
