Job Descriptions

• Responsible to communicate with the Buyer’s technical and design team to develop seasonal collections
• Provide any suggestions to designer to improve the design, manufacturing technical, structures and materials to reduce costs but still remain the product quality
• Work with related teams to create tech packs to develop new samples
• Attend the meetings to provide the opinion/ ideas to ensure the development process runs smoothly as planed
• Work closely with Fabric and Trims Sourcing Team
• Be a liaison with the suppliers to source the best raw materials which fit with the requirement of products
• Responsible to participate in sourcing decisions based on volume, engineering, manufacturing and cost
• Ensure the delivery schedule and update to customers with development summaries and solve any issues arising during the process
• Responsible for DEV/PROTO and SMS samples
• Update the Fabric and Trims trends in the world and then research the methods to apply into practice of the company
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience at the similar position for garment company
• Good knowledge of design, costing, fitting, grading, garment construction, and production process
• Fluent in English communication.
