Job Description

• Responsible to present the innovative ideas to customers during style designing stage to grasp new business opportunities.
• Prepared T&A plans and monitor timeline management to ensure to meet customer timelines
• Work closely with relevant teams within the Factory such as Merchandiser, Production, Planning to get understanding about styles for coming sectors in order to achieve the target timeline
• Responsible to implement style review and risk assessment to predict problems and find out the solution/suggestion
• Review costing & construction sheets to conduct the feasibility plan to production as well as profit for the company
• Attend meetings with internal teams to ensure Fit quality, standards,… to ensure deadlines and product standard as per the requirement of customers
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Friday 

Working Location: Hung Yen

Job Requirements

• Prefer candidates who graduated from University/ College with the Major of Garment Technology /Fashion Design
• Min 2 years working in a similar job for Garment Companies
• Good at English communication skills
