Job Description
- Operation of automatic screen printing equipment and manual presses.
- Reads sales orders to determine type and location of screen printing.
- Selects size, placement and ink color for processing
- Adjust speeds, alignments, temperature, ink flow and pressure on garments as needed
- Regulate machine settings/ set up and proof’s for approval
- Observes printing operation to detect defects in printing that may indicate machine malfunction
- Assure proper registration to ensure print clarity & color accuracy according to client specifications
- Work efficiently with Graphics team for printing of designs, sheets, burning of screens
- Uses equipment / presses safely and efficiently to include cleaning and lubrication as directed
- Coordination with QC and all departments for finished goods & prep for shipping or will call pick up
- Load/unload shirts, garments on the automatic printers and dryers for sizing and reprinting additional colors
- Standard schedule; overtime as required.
Job Requirements
- Ability to apply common sense & understanding to carry out instructions safely.
- Knowledge or experience of fabric, screen printing and print processes helpful
- Fluent in English
