Job Description

• Manage and control factories planning capacity, performance and production schedules
• Coordinate with teams to arrange allocate orders to ensure materials are provided according to schedules and the production activities go smoothly
• Work with all related teams at the factory to establish production schedules
• Communicate and liaise with other department for any production issues that impact to delivery
• Follow and maintain production planning reports as scheduled
• Manage and be in charge internal training course for team members
• Other tasks will be discussed in the interview process

Working Location:  Quang Nam – Da Nang

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Job Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience at the same position for garment factories
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in ERP is preferred
