Job Description

• Spearheading the entire gamut of Operations including Strategic & Operational Planning, Production & Maintenance, Waste Management, Quality Assurance, Distribution & Warehousing, Financial Management, and Regulatory &, Washing and Boarding machines.
• Actively involved in sales and marketing activities, working closely with garment manufacturing companies
• Developing processes to enhance sales & order acquisition; identifying changes in market demand and modifying strategies for expansion of market share.
• Planning production, administering other departments for timely deliveries; analyzing the factors of bad deliveries & implementing the action plan to maintain 100% delivery performance
• Creating budgets, wastage norms and driving strict adherence of final products to set quality parameters; administering QA department for inspection & taking corrective action in the event of non-conformities; meeting the standard of international brands
• Ensuring compliance in the plant for safe working practices; conducting safety audits at operational sites
• Communicating with internal/external clients to determine specific requirements and expectations; managing client expectations as an indicator of quality
• Conducting in daily defect meetings; identifying gaps and suggesting relevant solutions
• Increased plants’ efficiency and reduced waste by closely working on machine downtime and quality improvement
• Supervised factory social compliance audited by third party for international brands with continuous improvement in grading/ score
• Other task will be discussed during the interview process

Working Location: North Vietnam

Working Time: Monday to Friday 

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experience for garment manufacturing with 3,000 labors
• Proven  – Experience in management skill, communication skill, negotiation skill…
• Strong experience in Kaizen, 5S,…
• Excellent English
