Job Description

• In charge of the technical knit design of assigned styles to ensure the quality and on time delivery according to the requirement of customers
• Communicate directly to Business Units Direct and make the costings
• Lead and control from the development stage to purchase contracts
• Manage and drive the team to meet the T&A from development stage to purchase contracts
• Work with the other departments strategically plan to improve the company procedures and to motivate the subordinates
• Training and coaching the staffs
• Other task assigned by BOD

Working location: South Central Coast, Vietnam

Working time: Office hours from Monday to Saturday ( off 2 Saturday per month)

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience at the same position in Garment/ Textile Manufacturing Company.
• Good experience in Merchandising and Purchasing
• Proficiency in English.
