Manage and control all merchandising activities from development stage until delivery process
Responsible to ensure product costing & pricing process/procedure
Work closely with the customers/buyers for all the merchandising activities including marketing, price quoting, and negotiation and sourcing
Communicate with suppliers to ensure the quality and quantity of all kinds of fabric and accessories and ontime shipment for both sample development process and the bulk process
Check and follow up orders and ensure to meet the time line
Update the order status with customers/buyers and related teams
Work with QA team to ensure the quality of products as per the requirement of customers
Work with factory teams to involve to handle any issues arising during bulk production
Responsible to welcome customers/suppliers visits and attend the meetings
Ensure the efficiency of merchandising teams
Report directly to Board of Director
Other responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday ( Off 2 Saturdays per month)

Working Location: Hanoi

At least 15 years experience to work at garment/apparel Company and min 4 years working as Merchandising Manager or similar position for garment company
Strong skills in management, analytical, problem solving and negotiation
Proficiency in English communication.
