Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor the daily operation of merchandising department
• Manage and control the merchandising and sourcing activities directly
• Coordinate daily merchandising and development activities
• Responsible for maximizing revenue through effective measures and yield strategies
• Evaluate and further develop new business opportunities
• Lead, manage and enhance the overall performance of the teams
• Direct communicate with both the abroad office and suppliers
• Other duties will be discussed further during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• Graduated the Bachelor or above in Business Management or equivalent with min. 5 years’ proven experience at senior manager level, preferably in buying office
• Strong business development sense
• Proven garment experiences with the sound product and fabric knowledge for both woven and knits
• Strong management skill, honest, loyal, self-driven, independent, good team leader, hardworking and responsive
• Fluent in English communication.
