Job Description

• Fully responsible for orders from Costing Stage until Shipment.
• Manage and control the all merchandising activities from the product development stage to the final dispatch of merchandise.
• Ensure the samples are made as per buyer’s requirements.
• Follow up on approvals on colors, fabrics, fits, trims, testing.
• Coordinate with other teams such as production, planning, and track orders to ensure deliveries are met.
• Play a role as liaison between the buyers and factory
• Costing on the product.
• Driving team as a leader towards achieving the goal.
• Lead and advise the team to correct their mistakes and motivate them to get things done at first time right
• Other tasks will be assigned by the Board of Director

Working Time: Monday to Friday ( work 2 Saturday per month)

Working Location: Central Vietnam

Job Requirements

• Min 4 years’ experience in the same position for garment manufacturing factory
• Good experience with doing the costings and familiar with FOB, CM
• Fluent in English
