Job Description

• Check and follow up status of order from beginning to delivery, including develop sample, costing, purchasing material, production, inspection & shipment
• Source, purchase and prepare the materials such as fabric, accessory…
• Make the costing sheet and send to buyer. Discuss price with supplier and receive the approval from Buyers
• Follow the quality issues for samples and bulk production.
• Track fabric & accessory to ship on time.
• Checking consumption of fabric & accessory
• Work with other teams to ensure the production process goes smoothly
• Communicate with buyers and factories for new queries
• Responsible for make the plan for new season sampling and production orders.
• Update the comments from Buyers for each particular style for samples
• Summit the samples to buyer until receiving the approval
• Follow up production schedule and delivery time.
• Update WIP to Buyer.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years at the same position for Garment Company
• Strong experience in FOB and costings
• Good experience in management and communication
• Excellent in English
