Responsible to research and build the relationships with new clients. Then analyzing the business potential and opportunities to secure profitable business volumes; developing and implementing the marketing strategies for increasing the business volume.
Manage and control the daily merchandising tasks including handling the requirement of buyers, communicating and being a partner with buyers and vendors to provide solutions to potential problems. Responsible to plan, check, and access orders from the beginning stage, including production, costing, order confirmation, fabric procurement and ontime delivery.
Arrange the ideas and build the competitive strategies based on review and analysis of competition and market information to apply the business development strategies
Responsible to make decisions and support team to achieve the targets from both new and existing clients.
Analyze the risks and weakness of all merchandising operation process and implement way-outs to mitigate the same.
Monitor the current software system for daily production and material control
Train, motivate and support to every staffs within the team to enhance their skills
Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Working Location: HCMC

Min 15 years to work in garment/ apparel industry, prefer candidates who has experience to work with a U.S. retailer.
Solid experience in garment sourcing, allocating resources, budgeting and planning for large garment organization
Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
High proficiency in spoken and written English.
