Job Descriptions

• Responsible to receive and transfer the order information and documents to the relevant departments
• Follow up and check the order progress, and settle orders at the factory
• Coordinate with production team to follow up the production progress, and solve any issues arising in production process
• Prepare packing list to send to Import-Export Department and ensure the ontime delivery
• Take samples and store samples according to regulations
• Monitor and handle arising issues with customers after order
• Plan and monitor order progress at the factory
• Other tasks will be performed by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Hung Yen

Job Requirements

• Graduated from College/University
• Have at least 2 years of experience in the garment industry
• Good at English communication.
