Job Description

• Responsible to build FOB costing sheet, sample’s worksheet and sample plan
• Check and follow up sampling plan from development stage until sample approvals to ensure the as the time schedule and production plan.
• Be a liaison and coordinate between Buyers and Technical Team for sample’s calls out, tech pack’s calls out to release final tech pack. Then support the Production team at the factory if there is any issues related to Technical
• Check and responsible to ensure materials will be ready for Bulk production
• Follow up and work with Production Team during bulk production until delivery to make sure to meet the customer’s requirement about quality and ontime shipment
• Be in charge of updating order status to Buyer by reports including TNA, WIP, Shipment status…
• Other duties will be assigned by Manager

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser for garment vendor/buyers
• Experience to work in doing costings, FOB products and Knit product Items
• US customer handling experience
• Good English communication skills
