Job Descriptions

• Responsible to work directly with customers to receive the order information
• Coordinate with factories to make the plan for the order
• Follow up the orders from sample stage until shipment
• Work with relevant teams of factories such as quality, technical and production to solve any problems arising during pre – production and bulk production
• Communicate regularly with customers about the work flow and ensure the on time delivery
• Attend any meetings between customers and factory
• Responsible to translate/Interpret the online/offline both meetings with customers and technical document
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Location: HCMC

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years experience to work at the similar position for garment/apparel company
• Must be fluent in Japanese language (4 skills). English language is a plus
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF,)
• Integrity and responsibility.
