Job Descriptions

• Responsible to communicate and be a liaison between buyers and all teams of factories for the order
• Attend the meeting with vendors and work with them for new development requirement to vendor team
• Coordinate with relevant teams to make the plan for new season sampling and production orders
• Work with vendors for garment samples, trims and different types of swatches
• Communicate with buyer for the approval of samples
• Responsible to summit the samples to buyer
• Update with buyers about the order status at all stages
• Work with production teams to follow up production process and on time delivery
• Involve with related teams to handle quality issues for sampling as well as production
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Binh Duong

Job Requirements

• Graduate from College/ University Degree
• At least 2 years’ experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
• Good at English communication.
