Job Descriptions

• Responsibility in: Product Development, Sourcing, Design, Merchandising, Quality Assurance, vendors, Mills in order to drive the development, sampling, costing…
• Work closely with relevant teams in evaluating the feasibility of specs during the development process
• Responsible to review the specs with vendors and provide any feedback with Head Quarter if necessary
• Follow up regularly the development process on ensure the quality standard, aesthetics, cost and manufacturability
• Provide any ideas/improvement during the sample process
• Partner with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance to agreed cost standards and timelines.
• Negotiate with vendors for the best product cost to achieve the highest cost target as the company’s strategy
• Ensure all development samples are produced accurately during the bulk process and on time delivery as planned
• Work with relevant teams to solve any issues during the production process
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Friday 

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• Min 2 years of working experience at the similar position for garment industry
• Fluent English (written and verbal communication).
