Job Description

• Follow up fabric & accessory to keep line schedule input on time
• Checking consumption of fabric & accessory
• Follow up PP package to keep line schedule input on time
• Follow up all types of samples.
• Follow up status of the order from beginning to shipment (such as fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, packing, inspection)
• Making packing list
• Communicate with internal teams, Overseas Offices and Customers
• Communicating with buyers and factories for new queries as well as updates.
• Other tasks as assigned

• Working time: Office hours from Monday – Saturday.
• Working location: Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province, Vietnam

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in the same position
• Used to work in the apparel industry (knitted and woven clothes)

• Good in English or Chinese (Chinese Mandarin is preferred)
