Job Description
- Responsible to provide legal advice for the operations of Group and its member’s companies across Vietnam
- Compose and review contracts, agreements, documents with partners and suppliers and customers and responsible to translate these contacts, agreements and document into Vietnamese and versa
- Research, update and provide advice of all the legal issues or new legal issues relating to the commercial law, civil law, labor law, law on investment…
- Attend the meetings such as meetings of the Board of Directors, meetings with partners, meetings with customers and report in bilingual English – Vietnamese
- Other tasks will be assigned by Legal Manager
Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning
Working Location: HCMC
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or above of Law Major
- At least 5 working experience years at the same position. Experience to work in the field of Garment/textile/footwear is preferable
- Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in English
