Review completed tasks to determine compliance with standards
Monitor all team members and supply necessary advice and guidance
Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies
Coach all team members and motivate them to provide desired results
Organize regular seminars and training to show team members new techniques and methods
Keep up with trends within the constantly evolving information technology industry
Perform regular IT audit to find areas of weaknesses and fortify them
Work alongside other departments to realize company goals and visions
Write and forward regular reports to the IT Manager
Provide the solution to any complex IT-related challenges within the organization
Carry out in-depth research to reveal new and better methods of handling functions within the department
Ensure to protect the company’s data and information from unauthorized access
Supervise repair and maintenance of all IT gadgets
Keep abreast of changes within the standards, technologies or methodologies
Carry out administrative functions
Coordinate application of software releases
Work closely with IT Manager for all task that may be assigned following each department requests and requirements (this includes ERP, SAP, etc projects)
Other responsibilities are assigned by IT Manager / DGV Management which are associated with IT scope of work
