Job Description
- Lead and manage IT department, i.e., application team for maintaining ERP/MES/Finance/HR/etc. and IT infrastructure team for supporting IT infrastructure (Servers, Emails, Networks, PBX, Backup, CCTV, etc.)
- Oversee end-user services, including help-desk and technical support services, to meet the agreed service-level agreement (SLA)
- Work with corporate IT to implement IT projects.
- Assure IT Operations are in alignment with corporate direction
- Ensure all documentation are updated on time with good quality
- Carry out ad hoc projects and assignments
- Working location: Quang Nam province, Vietnam
- Working time: Office hour from Monday – Saturday
Job Requirements
- Have 3+years of working experiences in the same position
- Good at English (Prefer know Chinese)
- At least 3+years of working experiences I-Garment software
