Responsible for all operation activities of Internal Control Team for all factories in Vietnam according to the orientation and timeline of Head Quarter of Group.
Update and monitor Group’s compliance programs for all factories across Vietnam
Be in charge to build and report the annual plans based on Group’s timeline
Responsible to select and conduct the assessment to the vendor performance
Coordinate with vendors and other relevant departments in assessment by attending meeting sessions, obtaining required documents and performing selective reviews
Propose and implement any necessary in management and manage and control the internal control documentation
Provide in – depth experience and practical knowledge on local management projects and internal control of financial reports such as Sales, Payroll, Materials Controls, Accounting…
Analyze and take any necessary actions by coordinating with related teams to solve any issues within the scope of responsibilities
Lead and conduct training programs on internal controls to ensure to comply with compliance
Work and communicate with Global Teams regularly
Other duties will be discussed on interview process

Working Location: Hanoi or Nearby Hanoi

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Possess Bachelor’s degree or above in Auditing, Accounting, Finance
Min 4 years experience at the familiar position at manufacturing company. Prefer candidate who has experience to work for Big4 or company/organization with large size
Willing to travel across Vietnam or abroad if required
Certified Public Accountant
Proficiency in English, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
