Job Description

• Establish effective Productivity Incentive Scheme for operators & managements
• Facility layout design to make smooth flow material and maximize space utilization
  Study & establish new Production System, Lean Manufacturing concept & practice
• Coordinate to implement Inter-factory Projects, share & learn Best Practices among Crystal group’s factories
• Conduct the study pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control and production record systems
• Keep tracks the Lean manufacturing measurement accountability
• Organize & coordinate Lean Manufacturing training
• Build kaizen culture & evaluate kaizen result
• Audit & propose action for maintaining kaizen result
• Follow up with the supplier, manufacturer to ensure the delivery and designed specification requirements
• Propose improvement projects & monitor progress
• Follow up the installation schedule to catch up the project schedule

Job Requirements

* Education & background qualification:

• Industrial Engineer, Industrial Management or Technical Engineering background
• Good presentation
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Computer literate (Ms Office, Visio & Project and Auto-card, Simulation software is referred)
  Basic sewing technique

* Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in same position (preferable)
• Have experience in project management is referred
