Job Description
- Take responsibility for establishing plant wide Lean Training and initiate the implementation(6S, 7 Waste, TPM, Line Balancing)
- Motivate and Champion change, change focus of employees to successfully implement Lean systems and create a Lean Habit
- Implement of different production systems/ line engineering like functional cells, modular cells and strategic factory layouts to achieve highest performance (OEE) with low WIP and shortest lead time
- Collaborate within other supporting department in assuring LEAN implementation is carried out effectively and efficiently as per the required resources
- Report to superior of LEAN improvement tracking at intervals Lead the continuous improvement culture using LEAN tools and techniques to support this process and deliver tangible benefit to the bottom line
- Proactively teach and promote the use of LEAN including value stream mapping and just in time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing Industry/ Industrial Engineering exactly on Garment Production Industry
- Understand systematic manufacturing processes and effective garment production system, and understands customers quality requirement
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, GSD is prefer
