Job Description

• Manage cost effective project
• Measure job content as needed
• Develop layouts for new products or change styles as needed
• Manage engineer training and industrial engineer workshop, teaching staff
• Maintain direct and indirect labor standards
• Support factory management in planning: Analyzer, work center analysis, human resources limitation
• Improve the productivity and efficiency of the plant
• Improve targeted process and cost savings in the manufacturing sector
• Control new development process
• Train and develop industrial engineers (GSD training, AMT training)
• Maintain the standard process for the production process
• Maintain use of materials (using materials)
• Other tasks to be discussed in the interview

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Strong knowledge of systematic production processes and efficient garment manufacturing systems and understand the quality requirements of customers.
• Over 5 years relevant work experience in the manufacturing / industrial industry for garment manufacturing.
