Responsible to monitor all the operation activities of IE Department
Responsible to analyze the garment and calculate the SMV for costing, planning and production
Attend the pre production meetings for before bulk production
Check operators’ capacity and implement the method study & work measurement techniques and line balancing to find out and take any actions to solve bottlenecks of production process
Coordinate with other teams to ensure to maintain the factory KPI’s
Responsible to build and set up SOP ‘s
Update and report to management the timely accurate information of the factory such as efficiency, loss time, earning & losses analysis, and performance
Responsible to allocate and make the plan for machinery requirement of the factory and manage the maintenance or plan to hire the machine as well…
Be in charge of building up the factory layouts
Motivate and instruct IE teams to work in productive way as the organization orientation
Analyze and instruct workers with low performance to ensure they reach the target
Lead the training program for operator for new styles
Maintain the accurate production recording system in the factory based on daily, weekly & monthly and provide any ideas to improve the efficiency
Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Location: Nearby HCMC

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

At least 3 years experience to work at the same position for garment manufacturing company
Prefer candidates who own the GSD Certificate
Proven – experience in management skill and problem – solving skills
Good at English communication.
