Job Description

• Responsible to build up, improve and remain the GSD Data Base
• Participant the process of innovations, method improvements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to implement waste reduction, recycling and cost effective systems for factory efficiency.
• Be in charge of improving methods and apply for sewing operations.
• Implement to calculate the efficiency for all departments within the factory
• Responsible to arrange work place lay out according to each styles
• Involve to train and improve operators’ skills in order to reach the set target
• Follow up less efficient operators and then find the roots of causes to advise and improve them.
• Responsible to conduct training session to introduce IE terms ( Eff%, SMV , Tgt calculation, incentives ) for supervisors.
• Be a lead of set up the target and prepare the lay out
• Solving problems arising on process
• Reduce nonproductive minutes of the works
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Long An

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years to work at the same position for garment factory
• Candidate with GSD Licence is an advantage
• Fluent in English
