Job Description

• Responsible for all the operation activities of IE Team
• Analyze and cannulate Standard Minute Value ( SMV) for each style of any new order
• Coordinate with related Department such as Merchandise Team, Sample Team, Production Team in order to provide and apply SMV from sample development process until bulk production process
• In charge of work with related team to calculate monthly salary for operators on production floor
• Research and propose ideas about innovation or improvement within the IE Department such as: manpower, machine, target output, productivity, line balance…
• Responsible for monthly report to Board of Director ( BOD)
• Apply and implement the methods of Improvement/ Innovation or study of operations into operators on the production floor, machine layout….
• Support in Quality Management System
• Other tasks will be assigned by BOD

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Nearby HCMC

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years experience at the similar position in garment/apparel company
• Good skills in analyzing and solving complex problems and teamwork
• Fluent in writing and speaking English skill
