Job Description
- Provide HR related professional advices to Board of Directors to develop growth & expansion according to the objectives of business
- Facilitate and drive HR strategy & initiatives, processes and practices in order to closer the gaps and enhance HR services & standards
- Be responsible and manage talent strategy such as employer branding, talent acquisition, talent assessment, succession planning, talent development, leadership development and talent retention
- Implement and develop training strategies to ensure that training is effective based on the target of business. Main accountabilities include designing effective training follow up actions to ensure transfer of training to workplace, training needs are identified to meet business needs, training plan is implemented to meet milestones, and internal trainers are certified
- Develop and implement manpower planning and recruitment strategies to goal required staffing level
- Build performance management system to evaluate accountability and high performance
- Implement Corporate Culture to promote employee engagement, diversity, integration and high performance culture
- Proactively manage employee relations including providing timely response to employee concerns; taking actions to resolve worker conflicts, improving the relationship between management and workers, raising worker satisfaction level; maintaining regular employee communication programs; managing employee engagement activities and trade union relationship
- Oversee the maintenance of compliance with all employees’ files. Ensure data integrity and compile reports in order to review if needed
- Implement Group HR strategies including HR reporting, job grading, management trainee programs, corporate culture, group training, HRIS, employee engagement survey etc. to ensure effective execution and timely completion
- Develop HR team capabilities and HR talent and successors
- Build, develop and improve HR systems, policies and processes and align with group direction
Working Location: Nearby HCMC, Vietnam
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Job Requirements
- Bachelors or Master Degree in business administration, human resources or related majors
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in HR field with good track record in handling full accountabilities of HR functions. Experience with manufacturing company with more than from 5,000 workers is essential
- Prior experience in talent development, delivery of HR services, and improving HR processes is required
- Strong performance in HR analytics, project management, stakeholder management and group facilitation
- Demonstrate excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Skills in resolving conflicts and developing solutions to complex problems
