Job Description
- Managing a full range of HR functions not limited in Recruitment, training, compensation, Evaluation…
- Implementing human resource strategies, policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) from headquarters.
- Providing HR services to support the factory.
- Managing HR department’s annual operating plan.
- Supporting management in attracting, developing and retaining competent employees through providing a full range of HR services covering factory culture, factory structure, manpower planning, talent management processes, people development programs, compensation and benefits, employee relations and problem-solving support.
- Implementing a performance appraisal structure with an adequate evaluation method.
- Setting and determining the strategy to increase competencies and efficiency.
- Implementing training roadmaps, KPIs, etc.
- Working time: Monday – Saturday
- Work location: Hung Yen province, Vietnam
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or any related field.
- Aged under 35 years old. Gender: Female
- Good command of English. Chinese is plus
- Experienced in human resources in a manufacturing environment. Prefer hometown is in Hung Yen/ Hai Duong
- Work experience in international companies is an advantage.
- Strong experience dealing with labor unions.
- Strong operations and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
