Job Description
- Manage day-to-day HR management and operations
- Develop, implement and administer the Company’s HR system, policies, and procedures in the relevant ereas such as employee recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, industrial relations, etc,.
- Develop, implement and administer C&B packages
- Liaise with Administrative Departments
- Liaise and work closely with the heads of departments to forecast, plan and fulfill the company’s manpower need.
- Develop, implement and administer upward/downward internal communication for maintaining transparent IR system
- Implement HR practices & policies at the Factory
- Liaise with Trade Union to maintain a good relationship with the Management and establishing harmonious IR at the Factory
- Maintain employee discipline and IR with the company and handle employee relation issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR management, Business Studies and/or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience as HR generalist with at least 2-3 years in managerial capacity.
- Good command of Vietnamese and English
