Job Descriptions

• Responsible to build the structure and recruitment plan for the company
• Work with manager of all the department within the factory to build up the Job Description of all related positions
• Be a leader in the training plan and training program for all positions in the Company included training courses of: Law, Company’s Regulations/ Policies, Working Skill and Soft Skill
• Advise head of each department to recognize the talents and follow up talents training program to develop them and ensure a stable labor capital for the business demand of the company
• Monitor and manage employee discipline policy and activities
• Responsible for solving labor disputes
• Provide any advice to BOD on the policies of: salary, welfare and reward for employee
• Build up the yearly plan of employee welfare activities to retain the employee
• Other duties will be reviewed further during the interview.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Quang Nam, Da Nang

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience to work as HR Manager for manufacturing company, Prefer candidates who have experience to work in the field of garment/textile and footwear
• Good experience in management, communication and solving – problem
• Fluent in English communication.
