Job Descriptions
- Be in charge to build the structure and recruitment plan for the whole factory
- Manage and control the recruitment plan
- Coordinate with all the department within the factory to build up the Job Description
- Build and implement the training plan and training program for all positions in the Company included training courses of: Law, Company’s Regulations/ Policies, Working Skill and Soft Skill
- In Charge of employee development: work with the HODs to recognize the talents to build the talents pool. Follow up talents training program to develop them and ensure a stable labor capital for the business demand of the company
- Manage employee discipline policy and activities
- Responsible for solving labor disputes.
- Provide any advice to BOD on the policies of: salary, welfare and reward for employee
- Build up the yearly plan of employee welfare activities to retain the employee
- Other duties will be discussed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Friday
Working Location: Binh Dinh
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience to work at the similar position for manufacturing company, Prefer candidates who have experience to work in the field of garment/textile and footwear
- Have a good knowledge about the related laws in Vietnam such as labor law, HSE law…
- Good experience in management, communication and solving – problem
- Fluent in English skills.
