Job Descriptions

  • Responsible to monitor all the human resource activities as the direction of Board of Director (BOD)
  • Provide the information, analysis, and recommend the strategic thinking and direction about the human resource to BOD
  • Build up and establish human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
  • Responsible to build up the Talent acquisition, and staffing programs
  • Monitor the implementation of Compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health
  • Responsible to plan the succession, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.
  • Responsible in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, disciplining staffs and evaluating staffs
  • Build up, manage and develop the financial strategies of human resource department
  • Support and advise BOD by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications
  • Research, develop, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines to staffs by communicating and enforcing organization values.
  • Comply with the requirements of local legal by studying existing and new legislation and provide direction to staffs to take any actions if needed
  • Coordinate with other department within the company to update job knowledge and build up the training programs for all staff of organization
  • Work with relevant teams to supervise technical training for staff
  • Review, advise and decide the implementation and facilitation of activities and events in order to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets
  • Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday  – Saturday 

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

  • Graduated the bachelor or MBA or above the related majors such as human resource management, laws..
  • At least 15 years’ experience to work at in the field of human resource with at least 8 years’ experience as HR Manager for manufacturing companies with the scope from 2,000 labors Garment/textile/footwear experience is a plus
  • Good knowledge of local compliance and government regulatory
  • Strong relationship management and comfortable in dealing with business leaders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong consulting and coaching skills
  • Fluent in English communication.
