Job Descriptions
- Responsible to build up the onboarding plans for new employees at the factory
- Monitor and control the recruitment and selection process for all positions at the factory
- Handle the exit interviews and provide the feedback to Managers
- Support disciplinary and grievance hearings, and communicate outcomes.
- Coordinate with person in charge of all the department in the factory to build the internal training programs and schemes
- Control the training budget
- Update, implement and maintain the framework of employment policies, practices and procedures at all levels of the business to ensure legal and ethical compliance with current legislation
- Be a liaison with Union Representative and consult when required on employment related subjects
- Responsible to set up the KPI off HR Department and report to Board of Director
- General HR Administration
- Other duties will be discussed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Nam Dinh
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience to work as HR Manager for manufacturing company with the size from 1,000 labors. Garment/textile and footwear experience is a plus
- Good experience and knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Strong experience and skill in management, communication, leadership…
- Good at English communication.
