Job Description

• Responsible to build the strategy of human resource based on the direction of Board Director
• Monitor and manager the process of recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified applicants
• Work with managers of all departments within the company to understand for any openings
• Responsible for compensation and benefits, salary… for all employees in the company
• Build up the Training and Development programs for all the departments of the company
• Communicate and work with authorities and relevant teams the compliance based on the current laws and regulation
• Others duties will be reviewed further during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Central of Vietnam

Job Requirements

• At least three years of human resource management experience for manufacturing company. Prefer candidate who has experience to work in garment/textile Company
• Good knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Proven experience in relationship management, communication, leadership..
• Good at English
