Job Description
- Responsible to develop and implement HR strategies based on the business development orientation of the organization.
- Oversee the HR strategies, systems and procedures
- Provide the strategies and plan for performance evaluation, training and development etc related to human factor and HR matters including compensation and benefits.
- Supervise to ensure to comply with the internal policies and legal standards
- Make plan and implement training programs for all department within the company
- Monitor and manage performance evaluation process
- Build and develop HR policies and ensure all employees are aware and comply with them.
- Manage and allocate the budget of HR department
- Manage the recruitment, selection process, workforce plan, employee retention and turnover rates
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Always ensure legal compliance by human resource management
- Monitor daily activities of the HR department
- Other duties will be reviewed further during the interview process
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: Central Vietnam
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years experience at the similar position for manufacturing company. Prefer candidates who has experience to work in garment/textile company
- Good skills and experience in relationship management, communication, problem – solving
- Fluent in English
