Job Description
- Build and develop HR plans and policies according to the company’s overall development plan
- Responsible for manpower planning and recruitments
- Lead the induction programs for the new comers
- Study and update the current compensation trends in the market and build the compensation plans and policies
- Work with other departments to develop and implement the system of the performance evaluation for the company
- Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting department for processing of employee payrolls and payments
- Analyze the training needs and develop training programs for all departments
- Develop, implement and maintaining a proper organizational structure, disciplinary policies, recruitment processes and policies for employees…
- Manage the end of service benefits settlement and exit procedures for employees
- Build and remain a good internal communication system within the company
- Liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private), compliance Auditors, fire & civil defense department, labor office, Environment office…
- Other tasks will be assigned by the Board of Director
Working Time: Monday to Saturday (off 2 Saturday per month)
Working Location: HCMC
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience at the same position for manufacturing company. Candidate with Garment/Textile experience is preferable
- Excellent management and solving – problem skills
- Fluent in English
