Job Description

• Implement and maintain all HR aspects relating to HR policy, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and training needs…
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Develop HR strategies and initiatives
• Ensure the recruitment process meets the quality needs of Staff and Worker recruitment for all depts.
• Working time: 8h00 a.m – 16h30 p.m for Monday – Friday, and Morning Saturday
• Working location: Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City

Job Requirements

• Skills and knowledge for Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Good at English
• Have experience in working in the manufacturing field as the same position
• Experience in garment industry is a huge advantage
• 30 – 40 years old candidates are suitable
