Job Description

• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Establish a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommend changes
• Establish and conduct orientation and training programs
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results
• Train managers to coach and discipline staff; schedule management conferences with staff; hear and resolve staff grievances; counsel staff and supervisors
• Other tasks will be discussed in the interview

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skill
• Competency in English skills
• At least 5 years experience in the same position
• Knowledge background of human resources management
