Responsible to build up and develop human resource strategies as per the company’s business orientation
Work with all the departments of the company to build up and implement the organizational structure, functional tasks, and job descriptions of each position according to orders of each departments
Build and develop the document systems related to human resources activities: Salary policy, bonus policy , regulations, instructions, and policies related to employees’ performance… to ensure the company’s administrative document system is complete and in accordance with the current Laws
Develop and implement recruitment plans to ensure to fill all the needed positions as per the Company’s business activities
Lead to build up the training strategies to ensure that Company personnel are competent according to job requirements
Develop plans and control operating costs of the Human Resources -Administration Department, approved administrative and human resources costs of the Company
Build and implement a social responsibility assessment system to ensure compliance with company certification requirements
Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday ( Off 2 Sat per month)

Working Location: Ha Noi

Graduate from the University with related majors such as Business Administration, English Language, and Human Resources Management or Social Science field
At least 5 years’ experience to work at the similar position. Prefer candidate who has experience to work in garment/textile industry
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, PIT Law and other related law
Good skills in Leadership, management and communication
Good at English communication.
