Job Descriptions
- Building, planning, and developing Human Resources to ensure meeting the needs of Companies at each stage
- Develop and perfect the organizational structure, functional tasks, and job descriptions of positions according to the tasks of the department in each period
- Develop and improve the system of Human Resources documents (policies, regulations, rules, etc.) to ensure that it follows the company’s operational orientation and is in accordance with current laws (Tax, Insurance, etc.)
- Develop and implement emulation and reward activities, create motivation, and a cohesive working environment
- Develop and supervise the implementation of the performance evaluation system (KPIs)
- Develop and evaluate human resources capacity
- Develop and implement recruitment plans to ensure adequate supply of human resources in terms of quality and quantity to serve the production and business activities of the Companies
- Develop and implement training strategies to ensure that the Company’s personnel are competent according to job requirements
- Develop plans and control the budget of the Human Resources Administration Department of the units
- Develop and implement Corporate Culture, create a cohesive and happy working environment
- Work with state management agencies on HR-related contents
- Monitor and improve the quality of administrative services
- Develop and implement a social responsibility assessment system to ensure compliance with the company’s certification requirements
- Monitor the monitoring and support of social responsibility updates at the subcontractor system
- Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Friday ( off 2 Saturday per month)
Working Location: Hanoi
Job Requirements
- Graduated degree or above in Human Resources Management, Economics, Foreign Trade, Languages, etc.
- Good knowledge about Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law…
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position for manufacturing company, prefer candidates who have experience to work in Garment Company
- Good communication skills in English, working directly with expats
- Team management and problem solving skills.
