Responsible to monitor all the activities related to the quality standards across Vietnam in order to comply within the group including the product, systems, and processes to ensure the effective management of the department
Be in charge to develop and maintain the requirements of group’s management systems
Responsible to build and set up the target to ensure to achieve set quality standards of the group and the buyers/customers
Record all relevant information about the customer demands, customer satisfaction, and testing and inspection, and identification of products
Be a leader in instructing and motivating to improve the team’s performance in order to meet current and future business needs of the quality team according to the group’s orientation
Ensure all the operational requirements are followed. Forecast and take any immediately action to solve if there is any issues airing
Communicate and instruct the quality team to follow up with buyers Product Safety Audit and ensure to follow buyer standards
Coordinate buyer QA Inspections and follow up all the shipments
Coordinate with HR team to identify the training needs and lead the quality training programs for staffs and relevant teams to uplift their skills and knowledge
Work with other relevant teams to fulfill the requirements of internal & external customers

Working Location: Hanoi

Working Time: Monday – Saturday Morning

Graduated bachelor or MBA or higher with the major of business administration, marketing management. Prefer candidates who own the textile/garment bachelor or above
At least 20 years experience to work in large garment companies/group with min 8 years experience to work at the similar position for global garment companies/group
Proven – experience in Quality Assuring Strategies & practices and creating system concepts & methods to develop strategies for modern quality assurance systems
Excellent in management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in English communication.
